Depending on how you interact with No Stress Tech LV, we may collect information such as your name, email address, mobile or contact phone number, preferred contact method, whether your request is for a home or business, service ZIP code or general service location, information about the technology or devices involved, a description of the problem/project/setup/question you contact us about, preferred appointment dates or times, preferred language, how you heard about us, and information you voluntarily provide through email, text, phone calls, forms, or other communications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information you provide to respond to requests, determine whether work is within our service scope, contact you, ask follow-up questions, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare for a visit, provide estimates or recommendations, maintain reasonable business records, improve our services, protect our systems and customers, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Submitting a Request Help form does not automatically create or confirm an appointment.
3. Text Messages, Calls, and Email
If you provide contact information and submit a request, No Stress Tech LV may contact you about that request and related scheduling or service matters. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time. Service-related communications may still be necessary while an active request or appointment is being handled.
4. Information Sharing
No Stress Tech LV does not sell or rent customer personal information for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate our website, forms, email, communications, hosting, scheduling, or other business systems when reasonably necessary. Our Request Help process may use Google Forms or other Google Workspace services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or complete a legitimate business transfer.
5. Sale of Personal Information
No Stress Tech LV does not currently sell covered personal information as that term is defined under applicable Nevada privacy law. Nevada consumers may contact us at help@nostresstechlv.com with a verified request concerning the sale of covered information or questions about our privacy practices.
6. Website Activity, Cookies, and Third-Party Services
Our website or the services used to operate it may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, access times, security logs, or similar information needed to operate and secure online services. No Stress Tech LV does not currently use third-party advertising networks to track customers across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. Third-party services may use their own cookies or technologies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
